One of the camera’s I places on a pole in the yard pointing at the roof so I can monitor snow fall and snow melt roof system. The app was friendly. "I am a tough customer but this camera is outstanding in every aspect. It's picture is clear and sharp, not fuzzy or grainy. The night vision is fantastic, I have mine set on color mode. The LED flood lights light up a large area and are very bright, a great feature and can be turned on or off. Day or night, the camera view distance is impressive, I can see all 4 acre's of my property and well beyond that. I am still learning about the motion detection sensitivity, playing with that now to adjust to my liking. The siren is another great bonus along with the voice communication. Each of those can be turned on or off. Don't bother paying hundreds of dollars on other cameras, this camera exceeded my expectations in every way. I hope to add photos and video when I have more time. I highly recommend the BOAVISION PTZ camera. UPDATE 2/2021; this is one tough camera! It fell off mount from second story of my house (my own fault) and still works perfectly."

"I have been using this camera now for about 3 weeks. It is really easy to install. And in case you are wondering, yes, it can be installed onto vinyl siding (see photo). We used vinyl siding "clips" also available on Amazon and fastened it to one of the clips installed between slats. Worked out fine, as the camera is very lightweight and has good range of motion. The pictures are clear and sharp, and I like that you can pause the notifications if you need to go in and out your door while doing yardwork, etc. One thing to note: make sure you pair your app, and the camera, near your router when you first set it up. Then install it wherever you want. Also, make sure you set your permission for location settings to "while using app". I had an issue pairing mine because it was not set correctly in the beginning. Also enable "precise location" or that may cause an issue as well. Overall, this is a great camera and once you get it going, the battery life is really good too. It's still more than 90% charged after almost 3 weeks of use. Especially for the price, this is a great investment if you are looking for a security camera. "
